I'll guide through the physical practice( asana/postures) of yoga redefining the habitual way on how we westerners approach the practice through a technique that helps you heal, connect and find deeper states of integration physically, physiologically and mentally.!

This meditative movement will bringing you to a state of awareness and presence allowing you to observe where there is stagnant energy in your body causing pain, imbalance, discomfort. Ultimately this stuck energy over a period of time becomes the cause of illnesses and deterioration at a mental, physiological and physical level.
